Brent CoreHR is designed exclusively for internal organizational use across three campuses. Access is restricted to authorized employees through company credentials and SSO authentication.
The mobile app is already available in Google Playstore for Android devices while the iOS will be available in the Apple Store soon. The web portal can be accessed from any modern web browser for administrative functions.
Employees can verify attendance using RFID credentials or mobile device authentication. GPS location tracking with latitude/longitude and address logging is used at clock-in and clock-out to validate attendance records.
Dynamic multi-level approval (up to 5 levels) for Leave, OT, and Undertime. Timesheet approval follows the same workflow with HR notifications included.
